Classification of healthy and Alzheimer pacients with CNNs using Keras.

Classifying MRI brain images of healthy pacients and pacients that suffer of Alzheimer using 2D Convolutional Neural Networks. This was my final degree's thesis. The documentation is in Spanish.

Using Mask R-CNN to blur the background of an image

In order to blur the background of an image where a person is present, Mask R-CNN is used. It selects the pixels where the person is detected and then use Gaussian Filter to blur the rest of the image.

ToothTest

Test different values of color for experiments, based on perceptibility, acceptability and a scale.

ToothTest is a Python's based script to make experiments about the evaluation of differences and similarities on different aspects of teeth. It was used in the congress poster: Color difference thresholds for esthetic gingiva restoration: a pilot study. It is under the Apache License.
